We pride ourselves on our personalized one-on-one attention to our families. Our staff personally interviews all applicants and help to create the perfect match between caregivers and families.
PNCS has developed an intensive family application that clearly generates an emphasis on the job responsibilities and role of the nanny. Duties, hours, salary, benefits, living conditions, ages and behavior of the children, general health of the children and more are covered in the application which we match to a nanny profile and application to make the best matches resulting in a comfortable and long-lasting relationship between the nanny and the family.
Our Nannies/Caregivers must meet the following criteria:
- at least 18 years of age
- an American Citizen or green card holder
- licensed driver
- no police record
- HS graduate or HS equivalency diploma
- Verifiable references
- Experience in childcare
- Speak and read English fluently
- Undergoes a criminal background check, social security trace, DMV history, and address verification
