      The Nannies we place meet the following minimum criteria:

1. High school graduate
2. Minimum age of 18
3. Valid drivers license
4. English speaking
5. Previous child care/nanny experience
6. Legal resident

      The following screening is done on each candidate :

1. Personal or phone interview (depending on distance)
2. References
3. Motor Vehicle record check
4. Criminal record check
5. Child Abuse Registry Clearance done in states which are accessible
6. Each candidate submits a completed application, one-page biography and photographs
7. Copy of highest level of education
8. Address verification check
9. Social Security Check

       The following standards are encouraged to apply for the following or to receive in the first month of employment or prior to employment:

1. CPR Certification
2. First-Aid Certification
3. Child Development Class
