      Step 1:Download the Family Application and Referral Fee Agreement form.(The Referral Fee Agreement form directly follows the Family Application once you click on it and print it out. We have attached it for your review. ) We will send you the Fee agreement schedule (application and referral fee) upon receiving your inquiry by either contacting us via phone , email or simply by filling out the application and faxing it back to us at (412) 262-2154.

      Step 2: Upon receipt of your application/agreement form, one of our placement specialists will review your information and immediately start working on a match based on your particular profile

      Step 3: You will receive a profile of the nanny candidates for your review and their telephone numbers to contact to arrange for an interview at your convenience

      Step 4: You decide the nanny candidate of your choice and make an offer to hire. Upon acceptance of the offer from the nanny candidate you choose, you then confirm the acceptance with our nanny agency within 24 hours.

      Step 5: The referral fee becomes due and payable to our nanny agency within 24 to 48 hours of the nanny candidates acceptance of the offer to hire. Your credit card will be charged the referral fee at this time. Our referral fee covers the placement of the nanny and includes our guaranteed replacement policy if the nanny should not work out.
