Professional Nanny Care Solutions Inc is very discriminating when accepting applicants for caregiver positions.
Each applicant goes through an extensive process with an in -person interview by our staff for assessing appearance, hygiene, professionalism, personality and experience.We only consider nanny and caregiver candidates who are over the age of eighteen and have warm, personable, nurturing, and responsible characteristic traits. Professional Nanny Care Solutions, Inc has contracted a national private investigative security organization to provide the background security checks and motor vehicle records check. County criminal, social security checks, address verification history and motor vehicle records are all checked. Full disclosure is provided when requested.
CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged and will appear on the profile of the caregiver.
The application covers the caregiver’s education, training, any volunteer experience, health, family information, interests, skills, availability and work history among other information.
Proper documentation is collected from the caregiver that is proof of the caregiver’s eligibility to work legally in the US, copies of driver’s license and social security card. We obtain other copies such as any diploma’s, certificate’s, or degree’s.
A prospective nanny is asked to fill out an extensive questionnaire and to submit several references, both professional and personal. Our agency reviews the completed application, checks references and conducts in-person interviews with the nanny candidates. (if not able to do in person interview, we conduct a very extensive over the phone interview).
All references are verified. e.g., prior nanny jobs, day care center experience, church nursery work, babysitting or teaching; many have raised their own children. Caregiver’s must speak English fluently.
